During the shoot, I happened to be rocking a pair of Pumas—and those shoes caught more than just our attention.The photo turned out so good that Puma themselves reached out to Sight Lives about featuring the shot on their website. It was a surreal moment, knowing that something we created from passion and hard work caught the eye of a global brand.This story reminds me of the power of collaboration, creativity, and always staying ready for opportunities. Did you know the first-ever Never Settle product was a hat? In spring 2020, I had just returned home from college as COVID-19 was taking over the world. With more time to reflect, I tapped into my deeper self and began pursuing the idea of creating merchandise.I wanted to start with shirts, but I didn’t have the resources. So, I headed to Lids and got a hat embroidered with the words “Never Settle.” It didn’t have the logo you see today—just a simple design that sparked something powerful in me.That hat gave me the energy and belief I needed to keep going at a time when no one else believed. It was the beginning of something much bigger than I imagined.Let this be a reminder to start where you are, with what you have, and to always believe in yourself.
